This first step, the requirements analysis, provides us a precise mutual understanding of the problem. Throughout this reflection, you will be supported by INO’s expertise for a project specifications delivery that faithfully reflect your needs.

In this second step, the requirement analysis, we will give you a detailed document with your solution customized to your needs. You will get a plan with your preliminary solution, identified risks and an estimate of the effort required to achieve the targeted performance.

The proof of concept is the concrete hypothesis verification to minimize the risks. For the risks with major probability and impact, mitigation plans are put in place to improve the project and achievement success of the chosen solution. Possible gap analysis is thus quantified and communicated to the client in order to modify the development plan.

This step, the prototype development, leads to the solution’s verification and validation of compliance by means of a prototype, allowing us to demonstrate the achievement of the targeted performance, in accordance with the solution’s level of maturity, as agreed in phase 3 with the client.

This step will generate the full benefits of the solution by scaling up with a trial manufacturing, until the transfer of the technical information needed to the deployment of a production unit on a commercial scale.
